	James Longstreet II is one of our most popular models thanks to some impressive features like a choice of multiple elevations and 3,300-4,500 square feet of living space including the lower level. 	Austin Wesley a beautiful and traditional 4-5-bedroom home that starts with 2,770 square feet and can grow all the way up to 4,400 square feet of living space by finishing off the lower level. Build it with a choice of 2 ½ baths or more and a 2 or 3-car garage. Choose from three different, attractive elevation types, each finished in your choice of brick or stone front accents.
	Clairmont starts with a large floor plan, distinctive split staircase and one of our most beautiful options – a bright and airy Conservatory off the living room and library.
