The first of these punch list walkthroughs takes place as soon as you take occupancy of your new home. This makes sure we catch anything right up front right when you move in. 
The next punch list walkthrough takes place 90-days after you occupy. That way you don’t have to worry about a problem that occurred the day after we completed your first punch list. We will address any of those problems now.
